Rooting around for the for the faint outlines of the lost land that New York City rests upon. A film that seeks to dig up the echoes of an overlooked history while conjuring forth a vision and a meal from the past. (currently in post-production with new material)

Produced while in The New School's documentary film program, this short experimental-hybrid documentary has since had a successful international festival run, including an upcoming screening at the Paratissima Festival in Turino, Italy.

I had the honor of being hired to fly out to the California desert to film and animate this video series, promoting the work of the Amargosa Conservancy in their efforts to protect a rare and delicate desert ecosystem which depends upon a unique watershed.
